  • Work out most days

Diet
  • eat clean and get allot of and make sure nutrition is on point
  • A lot of boron high foods
Eye area exercises

  • squinching relatively hard for 10 minutes 2x a day
  • Closeing eyes and squeeze as hard as i can for like 10 seconds 10 minutes every day
Other things

  • mewing
  • Just pubertymaxx


Any help for things to add or to get rid of would be good

for workouts incorporate both gym and calisthenics.
you should also try thumbpulling to widen palate;
and make sure to drink a lotta water (around 2L a day or more)

So small to see ascend you must do bonesmashing. mewing or other method is cope

Zygo pulling , thumbpulling for 1 min every hour ur awake (3-4 mins a day wont work), perma jutting , bonesmash chin and zygos.
look into mk677 (boosts hgh) dont do steroids or sarms it wil fuck up growth plates
 
do people genuinely bonesmash? It sounds like autistic cope. If your willing to bonesmash just use rope and chair.

it might give a few mm of growth if done consistently and ull be suprised how much just a few mm of bone ascends u

boron also increase estrogen
none of this will work unless paired with drugs

If you think using a hammer will ascend you, you are coping and should shotgunmaxx. Your stuck with your bone structure, and tapping it with a hard object will not do anything but bruise your skin. unless your literally hammering and destroying your skin, your bones will NOT bruise.

If you wanna ascend, work on realistic things not changing bone structure. The only way u can change bone structure is thru suregry, so until u can get surgery, just do things u can actually change. diet, gym, cardio, haircut, hygiene. also brainmaxx kid, pick up a fucking book and get off the org.

Add 10 sets of Genetics.
 
None of this will do anything btw take test e since your T levels are abisimal (I can tell by how you type) and save up money for surgery for everything else
