Am running mk677 10mg daily 10mg accutene and 25mg aromasin and tesamorelin 1mg now for the supplements am doing 1000mg barberine magnesium glycinate at 100mg and zinc 15mg and vitamin d3 k2 mk7 and melatonin 3mg

Creatine (monohydrate) plugs the gap because it saturates intramuscular phosphocreatine stores which allows for a higher ATP regeneration on heavy compounds, so that is basically going to be summarized by there being more mechanical tension on bones and muscles whenever you're lifting. Additionally, There are sources that show a higher natural dietary intake (of creatine) correlates with greater height, weight, and basic stature in people your age group. (cross-sectional HANES data: each extra 0.1g/day linked to a ~0.3-0.6cm height increase in adjusted. models.) At this point with your current stack it would be very idiotic if you choose to not take it.

I know creatine is good but because am on mk I don't wanna add something that will make me more bloated

I think you're misunderstanding what creatine monohydrate does. It pulls water intramuscularly (which is inside of the muscle cells) that is the good kind as it makes the muscles look more fuller, denser, and more 3D/round without puffing the face or the skin. Studies also show that ~95% of creatine's water weight is intracellular so any extracellular is very minor and temporary (so mostly during initial saturation/loading, if you even do one). You also have to keep in mind that most claims that creatine bloats the face are from guys who are fat, estrogen dominant, or overeating in sodium lmfao.

r u running the aromasian cuz of mk lol cuz mk doesnt need it but if ur just doing it for it self fair enough but up 10mg of mk to 25mg even tho it signals it is equalling to around 2iu hgh n grey market 3.7 iu hgh
 
mk closes your growth plates and hgh is more expensive and has no musle growth benefits am taking aromasin with mk so my growth plates don't close

I know creatine is good but because am on mk I don't wanna add something that will make me more bloated
first off, why the fuck would you crush your e2 at fucking 14? and you need e2 for normal brain AND BONE development. Also emphasis on brain cuz you don't wanna end up like clav. the bloating on mk677 is temporary an beacause am doing this combo short term my bones will have no impact

basically is. If your goal is height then hgh terramogs, if your goal is to save money and go for recovery and slight muscle gain and also decent sleep then go for the mk ig. also i think the igf 1 release % is like 1/5 compared to hgh
