there will be a video showing the amount of flexibility I have on my knees, as you can see my right knee can’t bend nearly as far as the left and I need to catch myself (not enough strength to push back up). My upper body is 3:1 strength ratio prolly (just an example I don’t really know) just because I’ve been working out for over a year (push pull, started doing 20-30m stairmaster last month since I am cutting). What I am really looking for are exercises that I can progressively overload that will target all of my leg muscles, but ones that don’t put so much presssure on my knees. This way I can actually train my legs. I am looking into bpc-157, but from what everyone’s telling me the bioavailability of oral is ass and I really don’t want to use syringes on my stomach (I am scared I will fuck it up and injure myself). If anyone can tailor a leg day for me based off of the video please let me know!
