Baclofen is nice yeah, but you're gonna be very sedated and chilled out, you need some energy to actually talk to people. So drink lots of coffee. In my opinion, get some phenibut, it's like baclofen but better.
Propanolol will slow down the physical anxiety like very fast heartbeat or shaking but won't do anything else, baclofen alone is fine. If you want then get some pregabalin, for most people it works great, for me it does fuck all.

Where do you stay at? 50mg baclofen is fine yeah, you don't need vodka but drink a lot of caffeine as it is quite sedating and caffeine gives u energy to socialise, if u have access to other stimulants then use them if u want. I've done up to 100mg baclofen but it does make u nauseous so be careful, anything higher than 100mg then u could experience blackouts

Not rlly that ik off, baclofen is still decent on its own. It's a gaba b agonist, pregab is a vgcc inhibitor, phenibut is both basically that's why I prefer phenibut. You could try order phenibut online it's not rlly a controlled substance in most countries
