The memory sides aren't something to worry about unless you use it everyday, phenibut I wouldn't recommend using daily. Personally I use it once a week for nights out or if I have something big coming up where I need to feel quite confident and good with myself. You can use it twice a week but use smaller doses and take tolerance breaks sometimes. Same with pregab, if you use it once a week, you shouldn't have any issues with memory. I've been using phenibut once a week for almost a year now, and my memory has actually improved. Not because of the phenibut, because of other stuff but my memory still improved even with phenibut use so it's not something to worry about. If you start to use it more than 2 x a week then you could start to develop withdrawals, and if you ever go on Reddit you'll see phenibut withdrawals are literal hell. But again no withdrawals if U limit usage. Pregab does fuck all for me so I just stick to phenibut.
