I don't know what the hell to say, but Ramieri is great with implants, and above all, he manages to achieve a very natural result... which isn't easy at all with implants. But maybe Giant Implants is better for you

He isn’t great with implants he is alright, as he dosent design them an Italian company does which aren’t amazing

Malar implants give a very feminine look to the face. On a man it will look very ‘gay-like’. Apple cheek look. Ideal for women maybe but absolutely not for men.

Guy displayed in the pics looked better before due to higher masculinity in dimorphism.

he already looked gay lol. Also has a lot of malar fat. KInda goes for all implants, if you dont get the soft tissue to a minimum before implants, you will look bloated and gay

That’s simply false. Plenty of results where the patient was 15+% body fat but still came out looking better.

A lot of malar implants place volume on the lower sections of the zygoma which adds vertical height to the cheekbones which does not look very good. In addition, if you don't have dimorphism in other parts of your face they will looks strange/gay and will throw off harmony. They have to be done right.

Some of those implants can have very different measurements at the upper zygo area vs the lower, so even if the whole implants covers a lot of area, doesnt necessarily mean that there's a lot of projection in the whole area
