fix your lower lip it looks like failed implant, also fix slight asymmetry in eye area. from SP not ideal gonial i guess and slight recession in eye area. i’m not gonna advice you lefort 2, but i don’t know how else this can be fixed. otherwise. maybe darken your eyebrows and fix your bloat cuz you look different on each pic. mmtn rn potential up to hhtn-lcl
