Everyday I want to go to sleep at a reasonable time but I don’t feel tired enough to lay down put my phone away and sleep I’m 99% sure I’m minimizing everything in terms of self improvement and even if I go to the gym I don’t get tired I just end up spending most of my night here or tiktok
