Can someone tell me (other than my nose obv its bad) what bad features i have in my side profile so i can get an idea of what to improve

rhino obv but after 6 years i got braces finished my bite is perfect rn, wouldnt jaw surgery mess it all up? is nt there another option im not too educated on this stuff

mandibular osteotomy wont mess up ur teeth if anything it will make it better
