normal supra implants only add forward projection. drop-down implants also extend downward to lower the upper orbital rim so they help uee

nope no need to avoid since they don't change the proportions of your facial thirds or how they’re perceived
but on a separate note of course if you do have a big forehead a hair transplant would complement well
