what bigger issues

bigger issues with your face i dont mean it in a mean way but there are significantly more productive things you can be doing with your time then worrying on something minor try to fix your small lips and narrow face

if u look at your side profile, you can see if your orbital vector is recessed or not

thanks i was thinking volufline for the lips but its kinda cope so maybe some filler that dosnt migrate

palate expander should be able to fix it if not get one of these apparently it works idrk
