Get X-ray's of you wrists to see if your growth plates are still open (they most likely are at 14).

your probably capped at 175-178 but it really depends on other relatives like ur grandpas uncles etc, im not saying you should base ur height of those relatives but sometimes people tend to grow the same way their grandpa/ uncles used to

Most people in my family are 170, my great grandma was 180 and some of my uncles
