i look horrible with short hair which haircut should i take?

for softmaxxes (in order of importance):
1. dye/enhance the size and shape of eyebrows:
There are plenty of guides and advice here about that, easiest fix
2. Coloring
Your skin tone is decent, but you don't have a lot of contrast, and it takes away attention from your face. Guides on this with the forum
3. Work on Lips
Also, guides on this, I would focus on coloring your lips and adding volume. Personally, for mine, I brush them 1-2x a day and go to sleep with applied Aquaphor every night, and I've received compliments on my lips irl by both women and men despite being nerfed by Accutane dryness
4. Hair
Your hair is actually one of your strong suits; you have good hair texture and volume, but bringing it too much to the sides of your face can accentuate your close-set eyes. You should move it away a bit to remove this illusion.

Infraorbitals (recessed):
You can get rim implants or filler in the future, it gives you baggy eyes and folds
