Narrow face long midface negative cnathal tilt thin lips u should look at surgery for these and get them done asap ur lower third isn't really that bad go to orthos if your still young and get some filler in your upper lip and get a tan and get a canthoplasty for negative Chatham tilr or canthopexy idk about the side but if ur infras are reccesed get them implants and curl ur eyelashes
