At 15 your face is almost guaranteed to change significantly by the time you're nearing adult age

Your done most facial bone growth by the time your 9 years old, you just mature through puberty.

You’ll just mature, the underlying structure will be near identical lmao

You can't really base a conclusion off of one perspective

I do have a bit of baby fat but a lot of people say I look way older than I actually am so I was just wondering

Fat pad shift will make the actual structure appear much more apparent though, right?
Yes exactly, the older you get you lose buccal fat and such which makes it seem your bone structure enlarged but in reality it just became relevant.

You definitely won't morph into a completely different person but often times will get significantly more developed in terms of jaw and overall dimorphism. I know my face looks a lot different as an adult than it did at 15. Noticed major changes around late age 15 to early 16, and after that the changes were more subtle but still definitely noticeable though.

Facts

Also do you believe that prolonged use of androgens (blocking DHT only topically in the scalp) and maybe HGH throughout puberty could affect the bones?

Not the structure obviously, i mean appositional growth

Yes they stimulate the periosteum which tends to lead to adding new tissue so it becomes thicker denser and wider. That’s why we see people with high levels of those hormones they tend to develop a heavier skeletal frame and a ticker cortical bone
