I've been squinting all my life due to light eye color/being a pussy high inhib kid in sun, and I can safely tell you, my eyes only got better (read;non subhuman) after late puberty/mewing/whatever past 17.

Are you meaning some kind of facial exercise to tone the upper face muscles? If yes, I believe it does work, as the muscles also play a role on aesthetics alongside with bones.
