For example fat loss under eyes?
Or is it just a thing that happens with age and genes?

Well, stress can cause premature ageing and ageing causes you to lose collagen and fat around the face but not in the area that you want it to lose.

So kinda yes I guess but not directly

Okay, is this also possible of you‘re under 20?

Most likely not, unless you have shit hormonal profile, which can be caused by a fuck ton of things.

Though to be fair, a lot of people nowadays have shit hormonal profile whether its caused by lack of nutrient, sleep, exercise, over eating, work or lack of human interactions, they can all add up and cause you to age quicker but mostly its time and genes that is the main factor.

It's age related also.
I don't know any other solutions then:

* moisterize (aka water volume maxxing) alot

* Collagenmax.
The role of collagen is to help provide a support structure for the skin that gives it a plump and firm appearance. When collagen naturally reduces over time, the elasticity of the facial skin also wanes. Combined with the fact that facial fat shifts and declines as we age, the loss of collagen and fat can make a face appear aged.

* Don't Jojo weight, and on all these diets all the times.

* protect from sun

* * not to much cardio. Over-Exercising & "Gym Face" ‘Runner's face’ describes a person who spends plenty of hours in the sun, running long distances similar to a marathon athlete. Although the practice can help joggers maintain a healthy weight and clear their minds, it can also cause a gaunt-like facial appearance - especially for those older than 40 years of age who burn off so much facial fat that they are left with a sunburned and bony face.

Outdoor runners aren't the only ones who can fall victim to lost facial volume due to strenuous exercise - even though the addition of sun exposure can make matters worse. There is also a term called "gym face," which is used to describe individuals who frequently practice long distance cardiovascular exercises in the gym. A thinner face can happen as a result of engaging in exercises that melt fat all over the body, including the face. In working out so intensely to burn off the fat covering the abdominal region and thighs, you may naturally induce facial volume loss as well.

* Fillers, Hylaronic acid

* bonemaxxxing with red light therapy

Look man, what I DO know for sure it causes lower free T, so don't get any ideas

WTF, only 20. And then already.
This stuff starts happening now to me in my 30's.

why lack of human human interactions? What does this has to do with it?

We're social animals, we used to hunt in groups, eat in groups, do pretty much everything in groups, social interactions is almost a must for us to avoid depression and general stress.

There's a lot of research around this that you can look up.

no stress for ur philtrum
