Stretching like a motherfucker theory?
I started tearing my lats heavy till it hurts and all body muscles chest stretch really deep tearing the muscle and destroying it


i used to to that I remember but with
mstack +Green Tea 1 l a day for EGCG
Potassium supplementation and focus on Potassium rich diet
And grew not gonna lie probably 2-3kg of lean muscle that was a lot for me but also trained a bit but not too focused literally just for fun pushups and stuff

No, you dumb motherfucker. Why do people here ask the most Down syndrome questions about lifting? JUST FUCKING LIFT MAN. IT'S NOT THAT HARD. GET BARBELLS, GET WEIGHTS UP TO 200, AND DO CURLS, SQUATS, OHPs, BENCH, BARBELL HIP THRUST ETC. HAVE PRE AND POST WORKOUT. IT'S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE.
