Ur Chin to Philtrum ratio is kind of cucking you, way too overmasc look. Ironically I have the same issue, but my maxilla is flat, so Lefort 1 will make my CPR look more balanced + I'm most likely getting a little vertical chin reduction to balance stuff out even more.

I'd say get some scans done in ortho office so you can tell if ur even recessed, but I doubt you need bimax honestly (I might be very wrong).

Maybe a vertical reduction genio with some other easier surgeries would be way better ROI 4 u.
