can surgery even save me if i sucked my thumb as a child, its gave me such bad downward growth and i have the worst genetics possible, my dad has a flat maxilla and no chin projection and he literally got dbj surgery when he was 20 Although his underbite was more severe, mom kinda clutched up.

Surgeon already confirmed a maxilla advancement and expansion idk how many mm though, im going to ask for a bsso on top of that and ima try get damon braces apparently they are better. Im like 17% bf rn but im boneless so no point leaning out i will look uncanny

I cant bro my surgery is through insurance and is more for functional purposes, im still tryna get aesthetic purposes out of it though, like the expansion might make my zygos tiny bit more prominent. Although im thinking abt getting cheekbone implants after anyway

go with the ortho, they will def recommend surgery then talk to your surgeon, try say your insecure about the things you wonna fix and kinda larp, my apt with the surgeon has been pushed back like 6 months bc the nhs is fucking shit good luck bhai

trust me you should definitely get the surgery, but to larp just say you find it hard to breathe through your nose at night (be alot more believable if you have a narrow palate like me) and it affects your sleep. depending on where your teeth meet you could say something abt that as well. When i bite down my front and bottom teeth clash together then repositions as an underbite so its kinda annoying.
