Can surgey give me a nose like this one ?

I have the same nose but bigger, so i would need a surgery to reduce the size of it, is it possible or is it over ?

To get that nose you need augmentation of the nasion and upper nose bridge, not a reduction of the lower nose.

That nose is pretty big, I doubt yours is bigger than that

Alright just make sure they dont reduce your upper nose, its a big looks-min when men do that in rhinoplasty, even on guys who had very forward set nasions.
