Yes increase test for bone gains

Get out of my thread ashwagandha works fucking idiot
No, not significantly enough to cause any noticeable physical changes.

Source: I've used it before and the science also says so.

So i'll take Boron along ashwagandha + Butea Superba increase DHT by 300% but it's DHT who give a dimorphism face during puberty (i'm 15).

First and foremost, it probably won't increase it by 300%. There is no study showing ashwaganda directly increases DHT. There is one anecdote for Butea Superba but that wasn't a proper study, it was a single case of a Thai man. Much more research is needed.

It probably won't take you to supraphysiological levels and therefore won't cause much physical changes.

i think huge doses of k2 mk4 are droppign my estrogen crazy low cuz i feel horrible
I don't think it's an estrogen problem. Too low estrogen isn't a bad thing as many claim since estrogen is mainly a stress hormone/ Hormone of torpor. You need little estrogen for sleep but not much.

No that is bs. Estrogen is mainly a stras Hormone but nutritional science is so stupid and propaganda based that even generally smart ppl like huberman say estrogen is needed for libido that is complete rubbish. Minimising estrogen is essential
