You can’t ascend an eye area much if it doesn’t have the bone structure required. And if it did, it probably wouldn’t need Surgery.

it depends, he can change the tilt of your lateral canthus and can improve your eye area a lot by low orbital rim implants.
only thing I dont like about him is that his implants dont give enough projection

Undereye area is pretty unimportant as long as it’s not severely bad, same with canthal tilt. The important parts of eye area (compact and long orbits, straight upper orbital rim, etc.) cannot be achieved with surgery.
