Could it have an effect? Yes. Is it significant? No, not even a little bit. Creatine boosts DHT and affects muscle function (including strength and leanness), so not only could it improve your overall bone mass (and this extends to your jaw area), but it also could make your masseter muscles appear bigger.

HOWEVER, this effect is so small and so indirect that it is unlikely to cause a significance difference in your appearance, actually, it is NOT gonna change how you look at all. Despite that creatine has so many more benefits for looksmaxxing and your overall health (skeletomuscular, cognitive, cardiac, metabolic) so take it anyways.

Creating will bloat you a bit, but when you arenโ€™t trying to devilish activly or in the final stages of a cut, take it, if afraid of bloating just reduce your salt intake instead. It has sooo many benefits. However itโ€™s not gonna do anything noticeable to your masseters. It will however help your skin, brain health, strength and muscle building
