Can tamoxifen or raloxifen get rid of enlarged breast tissue?

I did 1 month of oral test prop and I I think my nipples are pointed. I am not taking it anymore. But if I did grow actual brest tissue (main thing is my nipples are pointed). Can I get rid of that with tamoxifen or raloxifen or any drug? To my understanding, these drugs can get rid of breast fat but I am not sure about breast tissue. I did 1 month test prop (100 mg - 400mg) and I've been off (I know I didn't tale too much) for 3 weeks. Can it go away naturally?
