i think this is the only guy that makes it work. on most whites when the body hair mixes with tattoo i think it looks very disgusting. this guy has no noticable body hair

Pale and skinny + tattoos works well.
Kind of a drug addict vibe, but many girls dig it.
It's similar to how some girls are into guys with messy hair and dark circles, makes you look tormented and interesting.

Although, I don't have to tell you that all the aforementioned stuff only applies if you're attractive to begin with.
