Can tear through filler give tighter lower eyelid?

I have good bone support and already have almond eyes,

just a bit cucked from little fat deposits in that area or thin skin not too sure jfl.

for anyone more educated, do you know if it’s possible to gain a tighter lower eyelid from the filler giving more under eye support, to kind of create a more squinty appearance, or would i have to fat graft max for that.
