Can test still help me catch up on bone growth at 16 if I'm low test

I took a tanner stage calculator and it said 4.0, I turn 17 in October, plan to start in July when I have the money.

And when I say low test I estimate 300-400, maybe even below 300.

If I take test will it help catch me up with the development I missed out on.

It can help. Depending on when you went into puberty and at what stage of growth you are right now. If your bonemass is truly horrible or if you went in to puberty late I’d say it’s worth a try. Worst case senario you get increased muscle growth ig.
