Eat a low phos diet
don't go higher than 4 mgs unless you're ready to manage the sides
don't put too much pressure on your pelvis (hell, don't workout unless you know it's ok)
your joints will hurt

why? Letrozole is better at blocking, Aromasin causes less brain damage though I guess, and less of a rebound, but don't stop Letro until you're ready for the rebound in my opinion

hair loss is uncommon, hair thinning is common but in my opinion worth it, brittle bones are possible but that's quite unlikely unless you use it for a long period of time and it's like almost 0 during that time
the thing is with HGH Estrogen WILL spike due to the conversion from HGH to IGF1 requiring Estro, so you do need an AI
