Hey, I'm just looking to find some answers on whether taking test and hgh would cause facial bone growth post-puberty. I've been seeing just from a quick Google search that test and hgh cause slight amounts of growth through increasing bone density? Any knowledge bestowed upon me would help.

They do, they're called sutures.

Although remodelling would be a different process, not involving sutures I'd assume.

Although remodelling would be a different process, not involving sutures I'd assume.

True, but sutures can be reopened, especially if you are young. Also even if they weren't reopened, he would still gain bone mass (depending on dosages).

Yes that’s fair. I didn’t mean that you can get infinite growth in areas with sutures, just that facial bones respond much more than long bones after epiphyseal fusion has occurred.
