Depends on age.
But really any increase (moderate) is enough to start stimulating your growth plates. **obiviously more the higher the dose. some increase are negligble.
But honestly a really good tip on height growth is to take glucosamine and chondriotin since the most important step in bone growth is stimulating chondrocytes to increase cartilidge (that forms into bone via longitudinal bone ossification)
