Can the cw caused by a 10mm expansion from Marpe be reversed?

10mm expansion with marpe causes a 4-5mm vertical drop, while mse at a 10mm expansion does a 2-3mm vertical drop, obviously I wanted marpe but I need to know if the cw caused by marpe can be reversed, same with mse but most importantly marpe
