Can the doctors who harvest grafts from the iliac crest for facial surgeries also perform iliac crest reduction separately?

My question is simple. Iliac crest is a preferred harvesting site for some facial surgeries like genioplasty and bimax.

Can the same doctors perform iliac crest reduction surgery for a narrower hip line?

Not look good to reduce iliac crest by this incision or method.
I think it’s better to shave it with a large file from a small tunneled incision

Is a surgeon who is previously experienced with using bone grafts from iliac crest capable of performing the spesific technique for hip narrowing?

Asking this mainly for price issues and greater choice of doctors

If you are getting a jaw surgery, chances are they will use donor bone. Opening up two separate parts of your body to operate on one is too much of a hassle.
