Can the maxxila grow after 15 if it's reccesed/flat

I'm 15,my maxxila is reccesed, my growth plates are still open. Is there any hope?

My maxilla grew after getting a palete expander and saved my life. Apparently one of my teeth is fused with my maxilla so it literally couldnt grow on my right side resulting in asymmetry. But yeah it can grow. Everything grows and your dimorphism will increase well into age 21. I was really lacking in dimo at 15 but rn its okay at 19

Yes it can, 17-19 ig? But you have a minimum of 2 years. Do maintain proper tongue posture for the best tho (mewing 24/7)

Yes but not significantly without orthadontics

I have seen lots of development from the age of 12 and up but I'm 15 rn so I can't tell you from experience
