Can the other muscles in ur face be trained? If so how? And how often should i do it?

We all know we can make our masseteres bigg and shit but im talking about the

zygomaticus minor/major

Orbicularis oculi

Orbicularis oris

Occipitofrobtalis

Frontalis

Buccinater

Mentalist.

Forgive me if ive misspelled any of these muscles.

Some could clown on this and shit but im curious on this and because if we can ascend by hypertrophing our masseters and maybe even making our gonions more outward by chewing there has to be a way to do something similar with these muscles.

Ive done my fair bit of research on these but I dont know the most optimal way I can hypertrophy them in a good way.

Also give me some tips with these stuff too if u cant seem to answer any of these.

overtraining the facial muscles will give you that squirrel type of look where the part under the cheekbones are wider so it looks uncanny or comical it's really not worth it

pretty good question, tho

Orbicularis oculi
training this would give the eyes faster wrinkles. The best thing to do if you want to change the appearance of anything about the face is either softmaxxes or cosmetic surgeries, if there is flaws. Source: pubmed.gov

the chin muscle if you train it, it'll be worse too and cause this type of " orange peel "/cobblestone chin wrinkly texture due to the stress on the chin. Source from pmc Pmc

No you haven't you imbecile.
Ive mostly learned about the masseters mroe then any of these... im just looking to see if anyone can enlighten me with info hypertrophing these muscles before I do a full research on everything again.

personally I'm more than sure the only thing worth training is neck/rest of the body

Thsbk you this is one of the best effort replies ive seen in a while.

I hear alot of debate about the masseter muscles and whatnot and I think its only good of ur gonions aren't inward or anything or else its bad. Bevause as quote that I stole from a thread

*The muscles under your skin get stronger and slightly thicker.
As they firm up, they push the skin upward and outward, which can make your face look tighter, more lifted, and even slimmer.
Regular facial training can also improve blood flow and lymphatic drainage, reducing puffiness and helping your skin look healthier and brighter.*

And other then that there is alot of debate with it like look at sunshine now where his gonions are completely outward cause he hard chewed while on test

Ty appreciate it just felt like sharing bc its an interesting thread

Yeah legit the inward and outward gonions are genetic, if it's outwards its ggs but if not, it might ascend. I remember the jawsrsize thing that would cause TMJ's or just feel weird af and a lot of these jaw trainer things

lymphatic drainage
I'd prefer massaging the face gently for that, i think removing any stress or tension from the face is important too but yeah that was included in the article :Comfy:

In this article there's this guy that trained his masseters to hypertrophy, its said he experienced pain left side, swelling, and problems clenching, chewing, discomfort, etc.

Yes I see that alot in some cases too and it creates different styles like a more of a square shape depending on ur gonions.

Do u have any facts on wether u bite with ur premolars I heard it could influence forward growth or jst ccw
