Can the skull still grow significantly after 17?

I just realized that my skull size is giga subhuman when compared to an average male's.

My face is 7 inches long (from chin to hairline) and my bizygomatic breadth is only 12 to 13cm long .

My only cope is that it somehow grows vertically and horizontally a bit by the time i'm 21.

I actually measured the distance from the chin base to hairline tip, i think my total skull length is 8" atm.

Edit: Remeasured just now, it's 7.5" from chin to hairline.

Edit 2: Remeasured again, my face is actually only 7 inches long really

Yes, it's the reason why i used to think that my palate was small.

It's the whole face that's narrow.

I hope MSE will be able to expand my facial width by atleast 10mm, else i rope if my skull doesn't grow much further.

Sry, I don't know about this.

But i would guess that if some people get taller until 21, then the skull can also grow until 21 in some individuals.

However, most changes that happen after 21 are probably from the fat pad loss and soft tissue refactoring. The skull remains the same. So you cannot take any old guys as empirical "examples" of skull growth

Measuring with a ruler and looking at the mirror.

Your stats are good, considering you are at the early stages of puberty. Your skull will get much larger
