can the surgeon possibly fat graft eye area to have that no upper eyelid look?

So you could get a saddled infraorbital impant. You could get a canthoplasty/canthopexy for the bad canthal tilt. You could get lower eyelid retraction for scleral show. You could get periorbital fat grafting for reduction in upper eyelid exposure. Keep in mind if ypu have high set eyebrows you might need a drop down supraorbital implant.

See the difference to the eye area? UEE vastly reduced, less bulging eyes at lower part of eye, more of a horizontal line to eye shape. My eyebrows will probably lower when the swelling and bruising goes down but dayuuuum!!!, I'm so happy with these results of this surgery so far only 7 days...
