Can the wolverine stack help with scaphoid post injury pain

I did surgery 1 year ago and this mf still hurts and gives me a difficult time progressing in the gym could the wolverine stack potentially speed up the recovery of that(doctors tell me to wait and thwt its normal but i want to speed it up)
