can this cancel out a neutral canthal tilt

so everyone knows that in cases like ian sommerhalder a positive eyebrow tilt can cancel out an unideal canthal tilt. this is water.

but can positive supra orbital fat hooding cancel out a bad canthal tilt? this is rare and most hunter eyed chads only have neutral hooding but in the rare case one had positive hooding that covered the upper eyelids would it make the perceived canthal tilt higher? genuine question

I have no uee literally at all and still doesnt cancel out so i second this

all it could do is make ppl not notice ur avg tilt bc of ur supras and hooding being good
