Most turks like OP come from Eastern Europe, their prior ancestors were integrated into Turkey and other neighbouring countries and made into muslims during one of the many Ottoman conquests ( The jannisaries). They are not the natives of the land. It is like someone posting Anglo-Indians qnd claiming Indians also have blonde hair.

She could be blonde because of ancient Indo-European admixture (like Tocharians) combined with haplogroups like R1a/ R1b but these people are extremely rare. Most of those blonde turks like Kivanc are EE immigrants
