i have TMJ in one side of my jaw, that same side the gonion is pushed inwards towards my neck while the opposite side is more outwards, is this the fault of TMJ?

its possible. I have TMJ as well and both gonions on each side are inwards

TMJ has nothing to do with gonions lol

so is the inward gonion causing TMJ and not vise versa
all males have outward gonions unless you have some genetic abnormality or deformity. You probably have narrow gonions aka narrow jaw overall, not inward gonions

Things causing tmj also cause inward gonions so no direct effect
