Can Topical Minox Fill Patchy Spots in Eyebrows?

Just started my topical minoxidil journey 2 weeks in with 5% solution) combined with .5mm depth with Dermiator 2 and .05 tret. Was wondering looking at 3-6 months if these patches will fill in. Looking for any recommendations, maybe getting microblading done?
