Can a Tripods osteotomy be performed during orbital box osteotomy to raise whitnalls tubercle, therefore giving a positive canthal tilt.

Also during an orbital box osteotemy can the orbital box also be rotated to give higher cheekbones, along with the Tripods.

My pfl is already above average
