It seems to me, zionists are strictly against from one-man gaining power in countries with at least "decent" military. The constitution has been changed 27 times before the 13th (1865) abolished slavery, the 14th (1868) guaranteed equal protection and due process, the 19th (1920) gave women the vote. Others fixed practical issues, like the 12th (1804) cleaning up presidential elections or the 22nd (1951) setting a two-term limit for presidents.

THat is true. Though I must say that I do not think the important ammendments will ever be touched. The Founders still command respect and the other important ones that were introduced due to bipartisan support are also very safe in my opinion. That is if a bigger Loony Tunes doesnt become President
