Potentially. If you take roids or sarms, it'll be a whole lot easier.

Train as hard as possible and get tons of protein. I think you can achieve your goal natty.

Don't do a caloric deficit. You need calories to gain muscle. It's possible to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time (but this is probably not efficient), but it's best to just bulk and then cut when you are ready to get shredded

Yes you can but mostly if you're a beginner

Yes you fucking can and don't let any broscienctist or pseudo intellectual gym twat tell you otherwise.

It is just NOT OPTIMAL. That's all.

You need to recomposition your body.

Just go in the gym and lift-weight. Lifting weights is a form of cardio too. You're burning calories, as long as you train at a solid intensity

yeah ty
i just dont wanna do the bulk - cut cycle for the rest of my life
im not a fucking gymfag i dont wanna live like that
measuring every little ounce of food
fuckin scrubs do that only

It’s possible but requires patience and perseverance. A beginner cycle of test e 500mg per week would speed up the process tremendously. It’s your call.

You can easily gain muscle on a calorie deficit - as long as its within 300-400 of your maintenance and you are getting the amount of fat and protein you need daily.

If you have trained for 2+ years it would be harder but still doable with a smaller deficit.

No doubt you can, but you won't gain weight

Why the fuck would u want to gain muscle jfl
do you want foids immediately knowing ur a insecure subhuman?

Think of calorie deficits on a weekly rather than a daily basis and eat bigger meals immediately after you workout keeping overall protein intake high and I believe that it's certainly possible

i found a great video on this topic tbh

Yeah it s possible , there s a study im too lazy to look for again that made some elite gymnasts go on a calorie deficit diet , in a matter of some months they gained muscle and lost fat .
