Can u get an implant in the under eye/infraorbital area after getting a malar implant?

I'm talking to a surgeon rn and he's willing to do free malar implants on top of bimax, is it possible to get another implant in the infraorbital area later or do I need to get the malar implant removed?

Usually they’re combined into one implant. Ask if he can do that.

according to him he doesn't like the 'skull like appearance' hence he only offers malar implants. That's why I‘ve asked if it's still possible to get an infraorbital implant only later, truly over for german surgeoncels
