chicken feet are very cheap, they sell it at wall mart as dog feed, 3$ a package and you can use it as a source of gelatin for a few days

my favorite is pig ears, tastes great

i just add some gelatin powder to my milk with some sugar and drink, so yeah you can drink it raw, some peaters add it to their hot coffee, i add it to my ice coffee, heating doesnt matter, the gelatin particles are big so they get absorbed easily in your stomach, it doesnt need to dissolve, but i wouldnt dry scoop it thats disgusting.

I went through a phase where I consumed alot of gelatin powder but had to stop after I got endotoxin and histamine reactions from it.

Would not personally recommend it, I suggest using hydrolyzed collagen powder instead if you don't want to get it from whole food sources

idk man ive only used it in my cold milk drink/ ice milk coffee so for me it doesnt dissolve i stir it and drink it and let it wash down my throat with the milk. ive only used the NOW foods brand. i dont have much experience with gelatin, gonna start making broths i need to learn how to cook and shiet.

its so fucked up even gelatin powder are ZOGed nowadays, even great lakes has been having problems in recents years, bone broth is the only long term solution in ZOGworld
