That big mark is from slamming into a metal fence while playing football which deviated my septum

It permanently shrinks your oil glands, but once you stop, your nose will probably get a bit bigger again once treatment stops. It might not even shrink your nose at all it varies from person to person. Just make sure to avoid excessive sunlight and use a good moisturizer. I’d recommend a moisturizer like (botb purito b5) b5 is such an underrated ingredient in skincare. It helps regulate sebum production, so it can help with dry skin and oily skin too if anyone else sees this. It also contains centella, which is a great ingredient for healing a damaged skin barrier
