Can Upper eyelid fat graft cause the bad kind of hooding?

The purpose of a fat graft to the upper eyelid is to reduce UUE and get hooded hunter eyes. I'm curious if down the road that extra fat can become droopy over the eye and become its own problem, needing to be cut out. Does anyone know if a fat graft could look like shit (second picture) later on?

this wont happen because it doesnt migrate like filler, and unless the surgeon is a retard they wont purposefully inject only the outer part of the upper eyelid
