Can us 18+ vouch for certain sub16 users?

While everyone is Gestapomaxxing I was wondering if those of us over 18 could vouch for certain sub16s to be exempt from the gas chamber if we feel they are a worthwhile member to keep around. Many of us were grandfathered in, I would've only just made the cut when I joined this site, so I feel it is unfair to ban all sub16s.

What do we think guys?
